These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cool Symbols at https://coolsymbol.cc (the "Site", "Service"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of service

Cool Symbols provides a free collection of Unicode symbols, emoji, fancy fonts, lenny faces, text art, alt-code references and related text tools. Symbols are copied to your clipboard locally in the browser. The Service is provided for personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use copied symbols or generated text to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate others.
  • Scrape the Site at abusive rates, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Mirror, rebrand or resell the Site as your own product without written permission.
  • Distribute malware, spam or illegal content through our tools.
  • Violate third-party platform terms where you paste symbols (social networks, games, etc.).

Unicode characters may be copied and used anywhere Unicode is supported, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to platform rules.

4. Intellectual property

Unicode characters are part of an open international standard and are free to use. Our site design, code, written content, category organization and branding are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce substantial portions without permission.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with Unicode, Inc., Google, Meta, or other companies unless stated.

5. No accounts

The Service does not require registration. We are not responsible for how you use copied symbols on external platforms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT every symbol renders on every device, OS or application, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING PLATFORM-SIDE RESTRICTIONS (E.G. A GAME REJECTING A USERNAME OR AN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION).

8. Advertising

The Site may display third-party ads. We are not responsible for advertiser content or practices. Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We may revise these Terms by posting updates here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
